Our Dream-to-Done process will have you saying, “Yes, I can do this!” With this process, we do everything we can to make sure your project goes as planned. In this post, we detail the five steps in our process, from vision to completion.

Start with step 1:

We get to know you. You get to know us.

You can start with a phone call, or a visit to a showroom. We’ll ask about your lifestyle and preferences and what remodeling project you have in mind. This is how we begin shaping your vision—and our partnership with you.

Find inspiration in step 2:

You explore our website and showroom.

How do you know what you want? Some people have it mostly figured out, but you don’t have to. We can determine your style and preferences by looking at what you're drawn to. Knowing what home shows you watch, or seeing photos you've pinned, helps us understand what you like—so we can start to create a vision for your new space. With a visit to our showroom, you explore the possibilities. You can see and touch materials and finishes. And ask all the questions you want.

We visit your home for step 3:

We take measurements and talk about your dreams for the space.

How do you know if what you want… is really right for your space? We schedule a visit to your home. We’ll take precise measurements and make note of everything you tell us. And everything we observe. Being in your space really helps us understand your challenges and wishes.

We usually uncover opportunities you may not have considered. Even something simple, like changing how a cabinet door opens, can make a huge difference.

Collaborate with us in step 4:

You approve a design that matches your vision and budget.

Once we have a handle on your budget, what you like, and what you need, we design and present a complete plan for the space—including a design document showing exactly what we have in mind. This is where you really collaborate with your designer; you'll have the chance to review the plan, make notes, and request any changes.

Our final plan will give you what you want—without blowing the budget. Once you approve the design, material specs, and estimate, your project is a go!

Getting things done is where we really set ourselves apart. Your designer and project coordinator stay in touch with you from start to finish. Our dedicated, factory-trained installers and employee service representatives will respect your home and your time as if it were their own.
